Cheese

Although the weather is currently trying not cooperate, I went ahead and bought cheese for a possible wine/event we are going to on Sunday or Saturday, depending on the weather.

In the Reading Terminal Market, there are many stalls which offer items, and for this cheese, I went to a stand run by the Mennonites. Cheese for the day special was roast garlic, and although I love it, not everyone does. I settled for a raw milk sharp cheese, and a creamy Havarti infused with dill. I also got a sharp cheese with cracked black pepper. My choices were thought over-I'd have to eat it for lunch all week if the weather didn't cooperate.

Right now, though, I am just looking forward to a relaxing four days: here's hoping they live up to their expectations!
